Confluence Enterprises owns and supports the technology businesses Bill Campbell has built since 2004.
A confluence is where separate streams meet. Each company keeps its own focus and brand, and all of them share one owner, one set of standards and one long-term view.

We don’t chase growth for its own sake. We build companies that do one thing well, hire people who care about the work and stay close to our clients. Confluence Enterprises provides the leadership, structure and support that let each company focus on the people it serves.

Bill started Balancelogic in 2004. Since then he has made payroll through lean months, hired well, learned from the hires that didn’t work out and earned client trust one relationship at a time. That experience shapes how every Confluence company is run: practical, accountable and built to last.
